Product Orders

Our products are for sale to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.

We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.

Delivery

Australia-Wide

The cost of postage/delivery will be calculated at the checkout for your convenience. Some products in our online store are very large and/or heavy. These items will not have postage calculated at the checkout. We will contact you to confirm postage costs on your order and arrange full payment.

Delivery times are estimated at 1-7 working days from date of despatch. If you have not received your order within 10 days please contact us.

International Delivery

Yes, we deliver worldwide.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. All orders are despatched from Western Australia. If you have not received your order within 21 days please contact us.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you need to return an item purchased online, please e-mail info@superoo.com.au  with the invoice number, your name and description of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will get back to you within 2 working days to let you know what we can do.

Superoo Falcon Spares will not accept any returns after 30 days from the invoice date.

If returning goods please use a reliable method of postage, as Superoo is not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for postage costs back to our warehouse when returning an item for a refund.

A refund will be issued to you within 1-5 working days of receiving your goods at our warehouse. A credit will not be processed if the goods returned do not conform with our returns policy and a return shipping fee charged.

Faulty goods

All new parts sold by Superoo Falcon Spares carry a twelve month warranty from the date of invoice. You will need to provide proof of purchase – receipt or credit card statement.  

If you have a faulty item, please notify info@superoo.com.au  for advice before returning the item. Goods received will be inspected for manufacturing faults.

Please note that items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.  The customer will be notified and the goods returned to them at their own expense.

Goods received in error

If the goods you receive are not what you ordered please notify info@superoo.com.au  as soon as possible so we can adjust your order accordingly.

Order Cancellation Due To Error

Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction.

Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited.
